What is Klusko?
Klusko is one app for your team’s tasks, projects and chat. You get boards, lists and calendars for the work, plus channels, direct messages and threads for talking about it, all under one login. Mention a task in a chat message and it becomes a live link, so the conversation and the job stay attached.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan covers up to 10 people and 5 projects, with 2 GB of storage in total, and the Board, List and Calendar views. Chat is included, and we keep the full history: we never hide old messages to push you onto a paid plan. Guests, Table and Workload views, custom fields and recurring tasks come with Team.
What doesn’t Klusko do yet?
Quite a lot. There are no Gantt charts or timelines, no time tracking, no automations, and no integrations or API. There’s no Android app, no video or voice calls, no docs or wiki, no dependencies between tasks and only one assignee per task. We’d rather do tasks and chat properly than do forty things badly.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored in the EU, in Frankfurt. We use Supabase, which runs Postgres on AWS, and our database provider takes daily backups. Each company’s data is kept separate by row-level security in the database, and everything is encrypted in transit with TLS and encrypted at rest. The security page has the full details.
How do guests work?
A guest is someone you add to a project without adding them to that project’s workspace, usually a client or a freelancer. In the app they see the projects you’ve added them to, and your other projects and workspaces stay out of view. They can read your public channels, though, so keep internal talk in private ones. Guests are part of the Team and Business plans.
